Personal Growth in 2009 & Beyond

Around this time of the year, it is commonplace to discuss resolutions, goals and objectives for the next year; but I want to do something slightly different. I want to discuss two topics that test our character and allow us to live the life we dream about: forgiveness and vision. I want to discuss how to truly forgive and have a clear vision of what we want to do, where we want to go and most importantly, how we want to feel during our time on this beautiful planet.

Worry Less or Not at all!

A short message to all…

Powerful Action 2 To Earning Respect

Talk From The Other Party’s Point Of View

Very often when we hold a conversation, whats the most common word we use? yes, you got it right , “I”

As a person who strongly believe in walking your talk , I’ve decided to quote a classic example as a junior basketball league coach (myself) that was used to inspire my players and earn their respect.

Information On Subconscious Mind And Mind Power

Lets talk about the the secret : Make no mistake about it - it is our subconscious minds that is the thing that is in charge of our lives and as we learn to really get to grips with our subconscious minds we can readily invoke the law of attraction into our lives; this will bring about all of the things that we desire in our lives based upon the various areas of life normally divided as physical, spiritual, financial, health, relationships. Many people get confused when referring to the law of attraction and the use of the subconscious mind especially when they are looking to make things happen in their lives. So what can one do when they want to improve their lives in order to start to move ahead ?

Anger and violence, are the two most despicable negative human emotions. Frustration is all too often eased at the expense of partners and colleagues and of course to the detriment of the angry person’s social and work life. But can people who have never been able to control their temper do anything to positively change their nature?

Can a person make real change?

That’s a great question. At some point in your life, you have witnessed in yourself and perhaps others, attempts at making changes to their life which simply didn’t “take”. The range of changes is everything from losing weight to ending a bad relationship or smoking. Whatever the example, we have all had an opportunity to experience what seemed like good attempts but for some reason, the good attempt failed. It can leave one to wonder if, at some point, we become too solidified in various behaviors to really change. Let me set this stage by first saying: yes, we can and do make real changes all the time. I need to add that there is a bit of a process to it, but it’s not rocket science so it’s all available for us to do.

How To Develop Your Intuition And Work With It Effectively In Your Daily Life

To develop your intuition there are only a few things that you need to do. The first thing that you need to do is try to maintain a certain amount of harmony and stability in your life. If you can manage to maintain this in your life, all of your energy will flow correctly and you will be able to see things much clearer.

My Top Resolution For 2009

I’m not that great at keeping New Year’s resolutions, but this one is going to stick - I promise. I resolve to wipe the F word “fair” from my vocabulary, from my thinking, from my emotions.

Realizing Your Potential in to Self Reliance and Constructive Change

It can take only a moment for you to realize just who you are and just what youre able to do, and at this moment you can harness these feelings for constructive changes in your life. We can all make constructive changes in our lives, even those of us who are completely set in our ways, afraid of change or feel that since thats the way they were brought up, they cant change. Youre wrong, you can change and you can be happy.

Don’t Make New Year’s Resolutions

Main Content No Comments »
Why do we encourage our readers to set goals but not set New Year’s Resolutions? What do you think?
clipped from marenda.biz

Don’t Make New Year’s Resolutions

How many times have you created a New Year’s Resolution only to drop it by January 14? Why put yourself through the pressure of beating yourself up and feeling bad? Ditch your New Year’s Resolution and try a more empowering approach to bettering yourself in the new year.

Why don’t resolutions work? For various reasons: we don’t know how to hold ourselves accountable, our fears clock in and we quit, we don’t see evidence of change fast enough and we quit, we don’t start with small steps and get overwhelmed quickly. We don’t have the proper support set in place.

Countless times I have heard or read that celebrity marriages are falling apart, left and right. What does it take, to be a cut above the rest? Here you will find some ideas about what you can make improvements on, for at least a week.
