<p>Self-hypnosis happens any time you allow yourself to enter a daydream-like state of mind. Have you ever gotten into your car to drive somewhere only to realize when you arrive that you can’t quite remember the drive? This is a common self-hypnotic state most of us enter frequently. The experience of getting lost in a thought is exactly what self-hypnosis is like… AND the radio advertisers love it! As a matter of fact, they pay big bucks to air commercials in hopes of sinking a message deep into your subconscious. Have you ever ended up at your destination humming a jingle from a radio commercial? I know I have.</p>
<p>Two other times we enter self-hypnosis are right before we go to sleep and right as we wake up. Advertisers love it when you fall asleep with the television or radio on. They also love when your alarm clock radio wakes you up to your favorite radio morning show.
