		<description>this is a great article, and I have used those memory tricks time and time again to get me through my uni exams, even though it was many years ago.  I have foudn another great brain training course called Brain Tune which I&#039;ve been doing with my elderly and now very forgettful mother.  It was free for the first week, and we have had a lot of laughs.  Her mind is definately sharpening up and I don&#039;t seem to be asked the same questions quite so much.  We now do brain exercises every day.  It might help your readers too...
